Terri is the Senior Director of Culture & Engagement at the Field Museum. Her expertise centers on crafting inclusive strategies that resonate across global platforms, guided by a background in law and intercultural studies. With a keen focus on creating culturally responsive programs, her work focuses on empowering organizations to embrace change and build robust, inclusive environments where talent flourishes.

Prior to joining the Field Museum, Terri served as the inaugural DE&I Director at the College of American Pathologists (CAP), where she spearheaded award-winning workforce initiatives. Her experience also includes leading employer-driven engagement and well-being programs, with a passion for developing culturally informed employee programs.
As a seasoned attorney, presenter, and moderator, Terri is a thought leader on workplace culture. She is a certified Intercultural Development Inventory Administrator, dedicated to building intercultural bridges. Terri’s commitment to inclusive workplaces was recognized with the 2024 PRSA Chicago D&I Champion of the Year award.
