Visitors will be introduced to the concept of the world's "Blue Zones" and the dietary and lifestyle commonalities that promote long, healthy, and meaningful lives in these areas. We will also discuss the Foundation's 28-Day Plant-Based Kick Start, and ways to implement the FEARLESS Wellness model into our own lives: Food, Exercise, Avoidance of toxins, Restorative sleep, Lessening stress, Engaging the mind, Social energy, and Spiritual connectivity.

Meet Postdoctoral Researcher Rowan French and investigate the biology and importance of chemical communication in shaping the lives and diversity of insects. See plant-feeding beetle specimens up-close, learn about some of the compounds beetles use to find their food plants or mates at the &ldquo;smell station&rdquo;, and discover how scientists take advantage of beetles' chemical sensitivities when designing traps for management, conservation, and research.
