About this event
In this two-hour workshop with the Field Museum’s poet-in-residence, you will be given the tools to transform ideas and feelings about objects and exhibits in the Field Museum into poetry. Whether you’ve never written a poem in your life or you compose them daily, you will discover how the fulfilling and engaging medium of poetry helps you share your own story of discovery in the Field Museum.
All workshops include parking and free admission to the museum for the day . These workshops are available for adults ages 18+ and open to all skill levels. Space is very limited, and participants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. All registrations will be confirmed by email.
